Umbrella Referral Scheme
Terms & Conditions

• Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the Referral Scheme (“the Scheme”) offered by Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited and Danbro Workforce Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Scheme, referrers (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

• Eligibility
  • To be eligible for a reward, the referrer must:
• Be a current employee of Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited or sub-contractor of Danbro Workforce Solutions Limited
• Have been paid through us in the last 4 weeks
• Had at least 2 months’ worth of payments through us
  • To be eligible for a reward, the referred customer must:
• Be a new customer to Danbro
• Not have been an employee of Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited in the last 6 months or not have been paid as a sub-contractor through Danbro Workforce Solutions Limited in the last 6 months
• Complete our Onboarding process to either become an Umbrella employee or a CIS sub-contractor by either:
  • Becoming an employee of Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited, including:
    • Agreeing to our Contract of Employment
    • Completing all the necessary ID and RTW checks
    • Starting on assignment at an End Client

or

• Becoming a sub-contractor of Danbro Workforce Solutions Limited, including:
  • Starting on assignment at an End Client
  • Agreeing to our Contract of Services
  • Successfully completing our CIS Assessment
• Employees of other companies in the Danbro Group and their immediate family members are not eligible for this scheme.

• How the Scheme Works
  • To refer a potential new customer, you must provide us with the referred person’s name using the Referral Form available on our website
  • If the referred customer becomes an employee of Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited or sub-contractor of Danbro Workforce Solutions Limited, you will be eligible to receive the referral reward
• Referral Rewards
  • The referral reward for the referrer is EITHER 4 weeks free margin, OR a £50 Amazon voucher once the referee has received 2 months’ worth of payments through Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited
  • The reward for the referred client is 2 weeks free margin within their first month of being an employee of Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited
  • Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Limitations
  • You may refer as many new customers as you wish
  • If two or more referrers refer the same new customer, the reward will be given to the referrer whose referral was received first by us.
• Changes to the Scheme
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice. In the event the Scheme is terminated, all valid referrals made prior to termination will still be honoured.
  • Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
• Data Protection
  • By participating in the Scheme, you consent to us using your name and the details of the referred customer for the purpose of administering the Scheme.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website
• General
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from the Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
  • Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
