Terms & Conditions of the Danbro Umbrella £5K Holiday Giveaway

Eligibility Criteria

This is for anyone who meets the below criteria, every time this criterion is met it results in one entry into the sweepstake.
– Currently Active client of Danbro Umbrella (DEU & DWS)
– Registered over 180 days prior of when the sweepstake is run
– has had either:
   ◼ 27 weekly payments from Danbro Umbrella
   ◼ 7 monthly payments from Danbro Umbrella

 

Terms and Conditions

*Active Client = any person for which we have retained a margin/taken a service charge to either Danbro Workforce Solutions Ltd or Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited, in the last 7 weeks of when the Sweepstake has run. They must have an active assignment, where the end date of their assignment has not passed.
*Service charge is represented as ‘margin’ on received remittance or payslip.
*Danbro Umbrella includes Danbro Workforce Solutions Ltd and/or Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited
*This is not an employee benefit as being an employee is not a requirement for inclusion in this sweepstake.
*On the day the Travel Gift E Voucher is sent, the winning client will have 18 months to make a booking using it. Any unspent money from the card after 18 months will be lost.
*Danbro are not responsible for ensuring that the winner has adequate documentation such as passports or VISAs to claim the prize.
*An Entry of the sweepstake is determined automatically by the number of payments received by either Danbro Workforce Solutions Ltd or Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited or at the discretion of the Head of Umbrella and/or Internal Sales Manager for the Danbro Group

*Employees of Danbro Workforce Solutions, Danbro Trading Group, Trafalgar Workforce Solutions, Danbro Accounting Limited, Danbro Holdings, Danbro Financial Planning, Higsons, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstake.
*If you want to opt out of the “Holiday Sweepstake” you are able to do so by filling in this form HERE. By filling in this form you are withdrawing yourself from being able to enter this sweepstake now and in the future.

*Danbro Workforce Solutions and Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants because of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
*Danbro Workforce Solutions and Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited does not provide any form of practical support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
* Danbro Workforce Solutions and Danbro Employment Umbrella Limited reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
* The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
