*Death in Service Eligibility
The provider of this death in service benefit of £50,000 is Legal & General Assurance Society Limited.
Eligibility is defined by the following criteria:
- You must be on the payroll of Danbro Employment Umbrella Ltd at the time of your death and be actively working.
- Actively working means that you have not received medical advice to refrain from work and you are actively undertaking your normal occupation, including working your normal hours of work on assignment.
- You must be employed by Danbro Employment Umbrella Ltd and have paid at least one charge for our PLUS service.
- You must not have received a terminal illness diagnosis at the start of your employment with Danbro Employment Umbrella Ltd.
- You must be under the current state pension age.
- No payment will be made unless a completed Expression of Wish form has been received and signed by yourself.
- Any tax liability because of this payment is the responsibility of the beneficiaries of the death in service benefit.
- Payment will be made to the beneficiary/beneficiaries within 14 days of the receipt of a Death Certificate along with details of the bank accounts for said beneficiary/beneficiaries.
