A preferred supplier list (PSL), also known as an Approved Supplier List (ASL), is a collection of companies which an organisation would prefer, or mandate, its clients to work with.
Most recruitment agencies will have a PSL of Umbrella companies which they are happy to recommend to all their clients who require a compliant payroll solution.
